RTIME Product Updates

Client Side Updates

If your company has allowed automated updates, RTIME will detect the updates and prompt you periodically to accept the update. If your company has not allowed for automated client updates, you can download and manually update RTIME from this webpage.

Server Side Updates

Server side updates can be downloaded from this page and must be run manually. Be sure if you update your client to a different point or major release (ie from 4.6 to 5.0 or 5.0 to 5.1) that the server updates are co-ordinated. Otherwise, you will get an error message "A newer version is required to continue" and will not be able to login. Service releases such as updating from 5.0.1079 to 5.0.1084 have no server side impact on the database so this will NOT occur on a service release update.

Client Update V5.0.1 2011A

This patch corrects the reporting bug found in 5.0.1 2011.

Client Update V5.0.1 2011

This updates v 5.0.1 1085 and includes new features including rich text support, group managers now have a subset of administrator rights, email task notificiations, longer URLs for attachments, and other minor enhancements, updated reports to support rich text and 2 new reports.

Mind Manager Add-In Update V5.0.1 2011

This updates the Add-in for v 5.0.1 1084 for MindManager Pro 7 users. If you have upgraded to MindManager Pro 8 please download the V8 Add-In from here. Please be sure to uninstall previous versions of the Add-In.

Download Server-Side Updates

Server Update V5.0.1 2010

This updates v 5.0.1 1085 to V5.0.1 2010. Run this on your IIS server where RTIMEWeb is installed. The following clients are supported with this server version - 2010, 2011.

If you are starting from a release earlier than shown for the server update listed, please run the appropriate past server update first.

What Version Do I have?

To check the client version you are presently running, check the bottom right of
your login screen

or Under the help menu, About RTIME.

To check the sever version you are presently running, check the Web Reports Dashboard. Bottom left.
