RTIME Product Updates

Client Side Updates

For all patches and service releases, if your company has allowed automated updates, RTIME will detect the updates and prompt you periodically to accept the update. If your company has not allowed for automated client updates, you can download and manually update RTIME from this webpage. For all minor and major releases, you will be required to download and install the latest version.

Server Side Updates

If you are NOT using the hosted service and have your own in-house server, server side updates can be downloaded from this page. Point service releases such as updating from 5.0.1079 to 5.0.1084 have no server side impact.

Download Client-Side Updates

RTIME Client Update V5.6.0 3007

This new minor release includes enhancements and bug fixes. All customers with a hosted solution are required to download and manually run this update.

RTIME Client Update V5.5.0 2047

This new service release includes enhancements and bug fixes.

Server Update V5.5.0 2033

This document provides the steps needed to update V5.0.1 2010 to V5.5 2033.

Server Update V5.0.1 2010

This updates v 5.0.1 1085 to V5.0.1 2010. Run this on your IIS server where RTIMEWeb is installed.

What Version Do I have?

To check the client version you are presently running, check the bottom right of
your login screen

or Under the help menu, About RTIME.

To check the sever version you are presently running, check the Web Reports Dashboard. Bottom left.
