.Net Framework 2.0:
If you are still running Windows 2000 it is likely you will have to install the .net framework. With newer operating systems you probably already have this installed. (You know you have it installed if you have a folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft.Net\Framework)

MSXML 6.0:
This will be installed by the MyRTIME installer if it is not already on your machine.

Microsoft SQL Express:
The MyRTIME installer will instal MS SQL Express. If you already have MS SQL Express installed, a separate instance will be installed to support MYRTIME.
